Fish with Potatoes

1 lb Any white fish fillet; quickly poached & shredded (cod is good; even catfish.)
2 c Mashed cooked potatoes
2 tb Butter
1/4 c Whipping cream
1/8 ts Grated nutmeg
1/8 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Brandy
1 Recipe basic easy crust (see recipe)

Cook the fish just until it flakes and shred it, being careful to remove the bones. Drain it very well. Mix all ingredients, except the crust, together with an electric mixer. Beat it until it is light.
