Baked Scallops/or Scrod Supreme

1 lb. Scallops or Scrod
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. tarragon (crumbled)
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice


Make bread crumbs in blender using Purity's sesame rolls - set aside. Melt margarine in skillet. Add onion, parsley, tarragon, pepper and lemon juice. Simmer 5 minutes. Add enough margarine mixture to bread crumbs to moisten. Arrange Scallops or Scrod in baking dish - spoon remaining margarine mixture over Scallops/Scrod and top with moistened bread crumbs. Bake at 500 F for 5 to 8 minutes.
