Grilled Halibut and Vegetables

1/2 c Olive oil
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Chopped chives or minced shallots
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 Minced clove garlic
1/2 ts Salt
12 sm New potatoes partially cooked
2 md Summer squash halved and sliced vertically within 1/2 inch of top
2 Yellow/green peppers halved seeded and sliced in vertical strips
1 lg Onion cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick slices
4 Halibut; (6-oz each) steaks or other fish steaks

Combine oil, lemon juice, chives, mustard, garlic and salt in small mixing bowl; blend well. Arrange vegetables on grill about 5 minutes before fish; baste frquently. Arraneg fish on grill; cook 5 minutes per side or about 10 minutes per inch of thickness, basting frequently.
