Baked Snook

Snook fillets
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Put fillets in aluminum foil. Add all other seasonings on fillets. Close foil firmly so juices will not leak out. You can put on gas grill for 1/2 hour or oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with yellow rice.
