Breaded Herbed Fish Fillets

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons chicken-flavored bouillon granules
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
1/2 teaspoon dried whole thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 4 ounce farm-raised catfish fillets
Butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray

Combine first 9 ingredients in a shallow dish. Coat fillets with cooking spray; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
