Buttermilk Fried Fish

Fish (any kind big enough to filet)
Buttermilk
Flour
Salt and pepper to taste


Cut fish filets into bite-size pieces. Soak in buttermilk several hours. Add salt and pepper to flour and flour fish. Fry in hot grease.
