Canned Fish

Walleye is used for best results


Clean, wash and fillet fish. Dice and pack in pint jars.


Add:
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. catsup


Cook in pressure cooker for 90 minutes at 12 pounds.
