Christmas Holiday Catfish Bake

3 lg. catfish fillets
1 1/2 c. eggnog
2 tbsp. table wine
3 eggs, beaten
Lemon juice
2 c. bread crumbs

Stir together eggnog, wine, eggs, and salt and pepper to taste. Season the fish with pepper and lemon juice. Coat with bread crumbs. Dip into eggnog batter and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook at 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Coating will be browned and crispy and fish will flake when done. Serves 2. (Variation: Substitute any broiling fish for the catfish.)
