Crusty Flounder

1 lb. Flounder
2 oz. dry cornmeal
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 cup malt vinegar
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. diet oleo (melted)


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F .


Thaw Fillets if frozen. Separate pieces and pat dry. Pour vinegar into dish and dip Fillets to moisten. Combine dry ingredients and coat Fillets on both sides with mixture.


Sprinkle any remaining meal mixture over fish. Place fish on a non-stick baking sheet. Drizzle oleo evenly over fish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish is golden or flakes easily with fork.


Makes 2 servings. Very good for dieters.
