Fiesta Fish and Pasta

11 1/2 oz Pkg frozen fish portions
16 oz Can stewed tomatoes, cut up
2 ts Chili powder
1/4 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c Tiny shell macaroni
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1 ds Parsley (opt)

Let frozen fish stand at room temp for 20 minutes to thaw. Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to directions; drain well. For sauce, in a med saucepan stir together undrained tomatoes, onion, chili powder, and garlic salt. Stir in cooked macaroni. Then, bring mixture just to boiling.

Pour sauce into 4 individual casseroles or 10x6x2" baking dish. Place fish portions atop the sauce. Spoon some of the sauce over fish. Bake, covered, in 350 deg oven for 30-40 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Uncover and sprinkle cheese over fish. Bake 5 minutes more or till chese melts. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
