Flounder Stuffed With Crab

1/4 c. diced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. bread crumbs
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 1/2 oz. crab meat (flaked)
4 flounder filets
1 tbsp. butter (melted)


Brown first 2 ingredients in saucepan. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard. In another bowl mix bread crumbs, eggs and crab. Combine all the above together. Take filets and spread filling mix equally on each. Roll and place seam down on 8x8x2 baking pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Broil last few minutes until brown.
