Halibut Loaf

2 cups cooked -- flaked halibut
1 chicken bouillon cube
3/4 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 cup light cream
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 eggs -- beaten


Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Combine all ingredients.

Place in a well greased 9 1/2- by 2 3/4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until loaf is firm in the center.
