Halibut with Tarragon and Sesame Seeds

1 1/2 pounds halibut, cod, or other whitefish
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preheat the broiler. Brush or spray the fish with oil. Mix the lemon juice tarragon, salt and pepper. Pour it over the fish. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the fish.

Broil the fish for 10 minutes, until the fish is opaque, firm and browned.
