Hickory Grilled Fish Bake

2 pounds fish fillets
1 lemon -- thinly sliced
1/4 cup butter -- melted
1 clove garlic -- minced
salt and pepper
hickory chips

Sprinkle fillets generously with salt and pepper. Arrange 1/2 of the lemon slices in the bottom of a shallow baking pan, add fillets in a single layer. Place remaining lemon slices on top.

Combine garlic and butter, pour over fish.

Prepare grill. Add hickory flavor chips to SLOW coals. Place baking pan on grill.

Close cover and cook 25 to 30 minutes, basting frequently.

Serve with lemon slices and butter mixture.
