Italian Baked Fish

1 1/2 pound flounder or sole fillets
3 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
3 tablespoon low-cal italian dressing
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper


Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped.
