1 can King Oscar kipper snax
1 tsp. lemon juice (concentrated ok)
2 tsp. mustard
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
Mash kippers; blend with cream cheese. Stir in lemon juice, mustard, onion flakes. Refrigerate. Let stand at room temperature before serving. Serve with favorite crackers. Recipe can easily be doubled for greater volume.
