Lutefish Pudding

2 c. cooked and flaked lutefish
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter

Cook rice in water until done. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over lutefish, rice and butter. Put this in well buttered baking dish and bake uncovered for 20 minutes until brown crust on top. Serve with hot butter.
