Microwave Or Grilled Fish

Dolphin or yellowtail fillets
Sliced mushrooms
Onion wedges
Tomato wedges
Sliced green pepper
sliced lemon
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Parsley
Margarine
Soy sauce


Place fish fillets on large piece of Reynolds wrap, alternate pieces of mushrooms, onion, tomato, green pepper. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley. Place lemon slices on top. Dot with margarine, pour soy sauce lightly. Fold Reynolds wrap and seal tightly, leaving room for air expansion. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on grill with very hot coals, depending on thickness of fillets. Microwave: Place fillets in microproof pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Punch holes with fork for air to escape. Microwave on High about 3 minutes. Fish will flake apart with fork when done.
