Olympic Flounder

6 (8 oz.) Fillets of Flounder
Melted butter
Dill weed
1/2 white onion for each Fillet (finely diced)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F . Butter sheet pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle with diced white onion. Place fish on top of onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your taste. Use a rubber spatula to place mayonnaise on top of fish. Sprinkle with dill weed. Bake at 400 degrees F until golden brown.
