2 c. drained salmon (1 lb. can)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. white horseradish
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. chopped pecans
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except pecans and parsley. Season to taste. Roll into ball in wax paper and chill for 7 hours. (You may also freeze.) Then roll in pecans and parsley. Rechill until ready to serve. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
