Salmon-stuffed Flounder

1 can (6 1/2 oz.) Salmon, drained
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 1/2 lbs. Flounder or Sole Fillets
3 Tbsp. dry white wine or chicken broth
Lemon-Dill Sauce

Place Salmon, white pepper and egg in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container. Cover and process until smooth; stir in dill weed.

If fish Fillets are large, cut into 6 serving pieces; pat dry. Place about 2 tablespoons Salmon mixture on center of each piece fish. Roll up; place seam sides down in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Drizzle with wine.

Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 5 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand covered.

Prepare Lemon-Dill Sauce, serve with fish.
