Seafood Pasta Salad

1/2 lb. cooked rotini macaroni
8 oz. package Imitation Crab F lakes or C hunks (also known as Pacific Pollack or Alaskan fish)
2/3 cup chopped red and/or green bell pepper
2/3 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup thinly sliced cucumber; optional
12-15 sliced, pitted black olives
10 sliced, pimento stuffed green olives; optional
3 tsp. capers; optional
2-3 small tomatoes, chopped
Italian salad dressing
Dash of garlic powder


Combine all ingredients and mix well. May be served at room temperature or chilled. Makes 6 big servings.
