Seafood Pasta Sauce

2 cl Garlic; minced
1 lb Zucchini, yellow squash, or pattypan squash
1 lb Monkfish, scallops or fresh crabmeat
1/4 c Olive oil
1 ts Dried red pepper flakes
2 tb Lemon juice

Serve over spaghettini or linguini. Cut zucchini and seafood into 1/2 inch dice. Heat olive oil and garlic and saute for a few seconds. Add the pepper flakes, lemon juice, zucchini and fish. Season to taste with salt. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer gently until the seafood is cooked through, 6-8 minutes.
