Simple Snapper Fillets

1 lb. Fillet of Snapper
1/2 lb. Crab Meat
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs or crouton
2 Tbsp. white wine
1/4 cup butter

Lay fillet in a 2 quart flat glass baking dish. Sprinkle with crouton or bread crumbs. Pour wine over top. Melt butter in a glass measuring cup in the microwave, pour over Snapper. Cook on high for 9-10 minutes covered with wax paper. Cook until Snapper appears opaque. Garnish with lemon slices.
