Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball
8 ounces cream cheese -- - at room temperature 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/2 teaspoon horseradish 1 quick shake Worcestershire 1 teaspoon lemon juice 6 1/2 ounces canned smoked salmon 1/2 cup ground pecans Mix all ingredients together and roll into a ball. Roll in either chopped nuts or chives. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. Serves 4 to 6 people as an hors d'oeuvre. (If smoked salmon is unavailable use canned salmon and 1/8 teaspoon of liquid smoke.
