Stuffed Filet Of Sole

6-8 pieces filet of sole
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can shrimp, drained
1-2 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/2 c. white wine


Mix shrimp, egg, white and bread crumbs together to form a paste. Spread each filet with paste and roll, use toothpick to hold together. Arrange in baking dish, pour melted butter and lemon juice over filet. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, covered. Remove cover and let brown for 5 minutes. Serves 4.
