Stuffed Flounder

1 lb. Flounder Fillets
1/2 lb. Crab Meat
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, diced
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together except Flounder Fillets. Put a good size helping of mixture on each fillet. Roll and place in pan with edges down. Put several pats of butter or margarine on top of fish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
