Stuffed Flounder

2 lbs. Flounder - 9 to 10 pieces
1 package Ritz crackers, crushed
1 can Crab Meat
1/2 cup butter
Few pieces of garlic


To crushed Ritz crackers, add Crab Meat in a bowl. Melt butter and saute garlic. Add to cracker-Crab Meat mixture. Place a little stuffing on the fish and roll it up. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Top each piece with a piece of butter. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
