Super Grouper

4-6 grouper fillets (bass, flounder or catfish may be substituted)
1 bag crushed pecans
1 stick butter
1 lg. container sour cream

Melt butter, dip fillet into butter, then dip in pecans. Saute each side of fish in frying pan until done. Serve hot with good helping of sour cream on top. Serves 4.
