Fish Chowder

3/4 Pound Cod Chopped -- * see note
1 1/2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Onion -- chopped
2 Stalks Celery -- chopped
1/2 Cup Green Pepper -- chopped
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
2 Teaspoons Parsley
2 Cans Cream Of Potato Soup
2 1/2 Cups Milk


* or haddock, or pollock pieces.

In a large casserole dish, mix the vegetable oil, onion, celery, and green pepper. Cover, cook on HIGH power (100%) for 3 minutes. Add the chopped fish and 1 cup of milk. Cover and cook 4-5 minutes at 80% power. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook at 80% power until boiling hot, stirring every 4 minutes.
