Seafood Casserole

15 oz. can Crab Meat or 1 lb. Fillet of Sole or Salmon
1 small sauteed onion
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 cups Arnold stuffing
Cheese, if desired
Tomatoes, if desired

Put 1 1/2 cups stuffing into total above mixture. Top with 1/2 cup stuffing, pats of butter, cheese of choice and tomatoes if desired. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees F.

Serves 8 small portions
