Baked Fish Fillets
5 ounces fish fillets
1 pound margarine -- melted
28 ounces bread crumbs
12 ounces all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel -- fresh
Dip fish in margarine (see Notes).
Combine bread crumbs, flour, and seasonings.
Dredge fish with crumb mixture and place on greased baking pans.
Bake at 375°F for approximately 10 minutes for each inch of thickness, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork at thickest part and internal temperature is 145°F.
