Israeli Spiced Fish Fillets

1 pound fish fillets
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil -- * see note
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce -- or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
paprika

* Use the best, really fruity, extra-virgin


Arrange fillets in a single layer in a shallow broiling pan. Combine lemon juice, oil, and seasonings. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. broil 5-6 minutes, or more, without turning, until fish flakes easily. (Don't overcook)


Four servings, under 125 calories each.
