Crab and Fish Chowder

1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup raw, diced potatoes
1 lb. Grouper or Trout, skinned and boned
1/2 lb. fresh Crab (can use canned lump meat)
1 cup water
2 cups milk
1 large can cream style corn
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. pepper
3/4 cup sliced raw carrots
1/2 lb. Polish sausage, diced
1 large can evaporated milk


Saute sausage and onion in butter until tender. Add potatoes, carrots, fish and water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until everything tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
