Deep-Fried Catfish

20 Catfish fillets *


Batter
2 c Cornmeal
2 cn Pabst Blue Ribbon; (Beer)
3 Eggs
1/2 c Water


* Washed in water then rolled in paper towels making sure all moisture was absorbed. Cut into 1 1/2" to 2" chunks layering in paper towels again. They should be dry, retoweled 3 times


Mix batter ingredients together then dip your fish.
