Hearty Halibut

2/3 c Thinly sliced onion
2 lb Halibut steaks, cut into 6 portions
1 1/2 c Chopped mushrooms
1/3 c Chopped tomato
1/4 c Chopped green pepper
1/4 c Chopped parsley
3 tb Chopped pimento
1/2 c Dry white wine
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Dillweed
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Lemon, cut into wedges for garnish

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange onion in bottom of greased 12X8X2" baking dish. Place fish on top of onion. Combine mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, parsley, and pimento; spread over fish. Combine wine, lemon juice, salt, dill weed, and pepper, pour over vegetables. Bake 25-30 minutes, until fish tests done with fork. Garnish with lemon wedges.
