Fish Chowder

3 lbs. fish filets
3 potatoes
1 onion
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. evaporated milk
1 c. milk
2 stalks celery (unchopped)
Salt and pepper


Use any cheap, boneless fish fillets. Put fish in boiler, cover with water, add salt and pepper, celery and onion. Simmer until nearly flaky. In a separate pot chop up and boil potatoes until nearly done. Add cream cheese and evaporated milk and regular milk to fish. Add potatoes. Cook until potatoes soft and fish flaky. Throw celery away.
