Fish Chowder

3 tbsp. flour
Bacon fat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can tomatoes
2/3 c. diced potatoes
Boneless fish
Salt & pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce


Brown flour in bacon fat, add onion and celery. Stir and add tomatoes and water to make gravy, add potatoes and simmer. When almost done, add fish, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
