Fish Chowder

4 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. dried dillweed
4 c. water
2 lb. fish fillets, cut in small cubes
2 c. (each) evaporated milk, regular milk
4 tbsp. oleo
1/2 tsp. thyme, white pepper
1 c. sour cream

Combine first 4 ingredients in large container; simmer on stove for 15 minutes; add rest of ingredients except sour cream; simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream; serve.
