Grilled Swordfish With Walnut Sauce

4 Swordfish steaks (6 oz ea)
1 tb Melted butter


Sauce:
1 ts Dijon mustard
2 ts Lemon juice
1 pn Salt
1/4 ts Fresh cracked pepper
2 tb Walnut oil
1/4 c Olive oil


Brush fish with butter. Grill in broiler 4 minutes each side. Sauce: Blend together mustard, lemon juice, salt. pepper & oils thoroughly. Brush fish with sauce & serve.
