Low-fat, Low-calorie Swordfish With Salsa

3/4 c Teriyaki sauce
2/3 c Sherry
4 ts Mined garlic
2 ts Minded fresh ginger
2 ts Sesame oil
6 Swordfish steaks; 1 inch thick
Salsa; (recipe below)


Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. Place fish in a shallow baking dish in a single layer. Pour marinade over fish. Marinate at least 1 and a half hours, turning often. Remove fish from marinade and grill until done, about 4 minutes per side. Serve with salsa. Yield: 6 servings.
