Marlin (Or Shark) Espanole

6 Marlin steaks; or shark
1 tb Oil
1 md Onion; chopped
1 lg Green pepper; coarse chop
8 oz Tomato sauce
1 tb Worchestershire sauce
1/2 ts Salt; (to taste)
1/2 ts Pepper

Place fish in glass baking dish Heat oil in skillet; add onion and green pepper: saute 2-3 minutes Add remaining ingredients and pour sauce over steaks. Bake at 350 defrees F for 45 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork
