Squid with Lemongrass and Coconut

8 oz Fresh squid
1/2 Stalk lemongrass
1/4 cn Coconut milk
1 tb Fish sauce
1 tb Oil
1 Chilli; chopped

Wash the squid and slice horizontally into rings. Heat the oil and fry the lemongrass, squid and fish sauce. Add the coconut milk and chilli. Serve.
